However, I don't think Junior could get himself off of the ground. He has packed on a few kilos. Anyways, our job was to remove staples from the fence posts and lower the fence to the ground. Sarah was the staple remover. It sounds like an easy job, but the blisters on her hands, and sweat on her brow would prove otherwise. Trey was the bushwhacker, motivational speaker, and oversized hat chaser. Such a multi-tasker. She hammered in some staples too. Will they stay in? Only time will tell. The remaining staple were hammered in by yours truly.
After the fence came the gardening. We weeded the grass out of the garden and transplanted it to a sandy area near the lawn to help spread the greenery. Puss Puss supervised the project. Meow.
When the work was done, we went down to a houseboat on the river and drank many many beers. We lounged, swam, jumped off the roof of the houseboat, got in trouble for jumping off the roof of the houseboat. Brad and his 'mate' Pat showed us a fun, relaxing afternoon.
