So far on the farm I have fed the goats, the chooks, watered plants, changed a tire (see that dad!?) and driven a manual ute. Not bad. I have also been introduced to some of the loveliest people you could ever meet. Everyone has been so sweet, welcoming, and full of much needed advice.

Liz has kept up a very busy social schedule for us, and Mike has just finished attaching a bathroom to the dairy. They have made us feel like locals…no, family. It is such a relief knowing that they are here for us if anything goes wrong. Liz has also been teaching us some great card games that we will school you in when we get back.

Speaking of the dairy, thats where we are living. It used to be where they milked the cows, but they have turned it into a fantastic party area, great for hanging out and having a few beers. Beer o'clock happens there, so it couldn't possibly be bad.

All in all, it is a great place to start our journey. We are being spoiled :)
