Upon arrival, Brad showed us the milking operation, which milks 50 cows at once on a merry-go-round type contraption. They milk twice a day, around 3am and 3pm (we witnessed both lol) and we got to milk Aussie cows!!! After tasting the milk (delicious), we met Mark, Grant, and Judy, Brad's brothers and sister. They were such lovely people, truly fantastic!

We rode around manual Quads and even drove the cattle! Then, we went off-roading in the Ute and saw kangaroos and goats! We each got to take turns driving stick shift around the paddock... safe to say Grace was the best driver, ha.
In Ngarkat (the park bordering the paddock) we actually came upon a guy who was bogged (stuck) in his 2WD and we towed him out before the boys made us Aussie burgers, super tasty... beef patties with beetroot slices and LT (we'll try to be better about the food pics).

Later on that night we went out to shoot rabbits and foxes - that was pretty exhilarating. I almost got a hare but I need to work on my shot. Grant and Brad were patient teachers though for sure. Around 330am we were still awake anyways so we went with Grant to herd the cows for their morning milking, using the spotlight on the Ute and everything!
All in all, it was a fantastic time, thanks to Brad and his family for showing us a true Aussie experience we won't ever forget.
